1. Registering at the clinic

First time patients are expected to provide registration details so that they can be registered in the clinic database. Registration is free of cost. During any future follow up visits, the front office will use your mobile number to access your records.

If you need to visit our center, it is advisable to take an appointment. You can take an appointment either over phone, using our website or by personally visiting the clinic.

3. Consultation with doctor

Before your first consultation, it is advisable to make a note of your symptoms, past history and any family history. A list of all your existing medications will be essential. Making a list of your concerns and queries will be helpful. During the consultation it is advisable to take notes so that you remember all the instructions.

Pathology

4. Pathology Laboratory

Pathology laboratory services are provided by our alliance partners A.G Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. You can call the clinic to enquire about the rates of any specific tests. The laboratory timings and clinic contact numbers are available on the web page of the respective clinics. To find out more details about any specific tests, you can visit www.labtestsonline.org. Your doctor will advise you if there are any tests that require you to fast overnight. If you are unsure if a test requires fasting, you can call up the clinic to confirm.

At each of our clinics and hospitals, we offer more than 3000 tests. Our laboratory can handle diagnostic requirements in the areas of hematology, micro-biology, bio-chemistry and clinical pathology. The reports for almost all the tests will be available by evening if you provide your sample in the morning. Certain investigations take two or more days as part of the testing process before the report can be generated. Most reports can be emailed to you as a soft copy. For details check with the front office at the clinic.

5. Diagnostic services

Diagnostic services such as X-ray, Sonography, 2D Echo, ECG, TMT etc. are offered at our clinics. To find out if a particular clinic offers the diagnostic service you require, you can visit the webpage of that particular clinic. The clinic webpage will also give details on the times and days when the service is offered. For certain diagnostic services such as Sonography, 2D Echo or TMT, it is mandatory to take an appointment. You can call the clinic for further information about any investigation or to book an appointment.

The reporting for X-ray and Sonography is done by radiologists. Radiologists are available only at pre – specified time slots and you may have to wait for some time for your reports. The front office staff at the clinic will inform you of the possible time for report collection. The reporting for 2D Echo and TMT is usually done by cardiologists and it may take some time for you to receive your signed report. The front office at the clinic will inform you about the time when you can pick up your report.

6. Payment

Vitalife’s aim is to provide high quality healthcare at affordable rates. For some services such as pathology laboratory investigations, diagnostic investigations and health checks, you will need to pay upfront at the front office before the investigation can be processed. On the other hand, for consultations, you can pay after undergoing the service.

The front office can provide information about the expected costs of treatment. We accept payment by cash, credit card, debit card or through UPI/QR. Please examine your bill carefully and demand an explanation of the charges if you are unsure of any details.
