He / She will attend phone calls from patients, doctors and others. He / She will guide patients on the lab tests, sonograph and x-ray tests and specialist consultations on phone and email. He / She will confirm appointments and coordinate with patients and doctors on any cancellations. He / She will bill the patients for the services provided and collect cash. He / She will assist clinic manager with daily accounts and daily cash collection process.
ApplyShe will execute nursing functions as Nebulization, ECG, BP Monitoring & Vaccine. She will prepare equipments and case-papers for a consultants. She will work closely with patients to ensure comfort and to explain treatment plans. She should be able to change the dressing on a wound, apply topical treatments, or administer medication via intravenous methods or direct injection.
ApplyHe / She will be responsible for providing best services to patients. He / She will appoint and manage consultants, ensure clinic infrastructure, recruit and train staff and handle patient related issues. He / She will undertake in-clinic and offsite events and camps to ensure growth in OPD flows.
